The world of Josée-Anne Desrochers collapsed the day her
11 year old son was killed in the explosion of a car bomb. Waitress Hélène Brunet, she thought the end came when she was hit four times with 357 magnum bullets meant for a biker ... Like them, others are victims of the war being waged between outlaw motorcycle gangs. "Pendant que court l'assassin" tells the struggle of ordinary citizens. Their fight touches us all. An impassioned plea against complacency, this film wants to show courage in the face of the tyranny of mafia, the refusal to be intimidated, the fundamental aspect of individual responsibility and the power of citizen action.
