The "rassemblement pour l'indépendence nationale" (RIN) has changed the definition of nationalism. After 1968, national was not a synonym for federal. This small political party in existence from 1960-1968 introduced the concept of the independence of Quebec. The film tells the story of the party with three important characters d'Allemagne André, Pierre Bourgault, and Andrée Ferretti.
