The worst personal drama there is: the loss of a child. A social drama: drug addiction. Caught between the two, a woman struggles to survive and understand, tries to tame her pain and raise awareness. This documentary is her cry. By walking in the footsteps of her daughter, Yanne, a young drug addict murdered two years ago, she recreates the last moments of her life and comes across beings that are like her.

After the Battle of the Plains of Abraham on September 13, 1759, the fate of North America is decided: The British dominate the continent and impose their language on the rest of the world. All countries being founded on a myth, this battle between France and England, where the two opposing generals, Wolfe and Montcalm, both died, will give birth to Canada and the province of Quebec.
