The information that you provide on and with the consent and release forms is collected under the authority of the Post-Secondary Learning Act and the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Section 33 (c). It will be used to identify you as either the author of the textual submissions you make to the Canadian Film Online project or the films that you submit to the University’s digital collections. It may also be used to advise you of other University programs and services that may be of interest to you. It may be disclosed to anyone who feels that there may be a copyright infringement on textual materials that you submit or on films that you donate for educational use. Your personal information is protected by the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and can be reviewed on request.
