Un film d'animation 3D basé à l'an 3000 dans la ville de Scamboville. Niché entre deux gratte-ciel est un cottage délabré et un petit jardin où vit Geppetto, le vieil artisan qui se passionne pour les ordinateurs. Avec l'aide de son assistant cyber-pingouin Spencer, Geppetto réalise son rêve de se donner un fils par la création d'un prototype de robot ultra-performant qu'il nomme Pinocchio. Cependant, Pinocchio ne sera jamais un vrai petit garçon, sauf Cyberina, une fée excentrique et la reine du blues, promet d'accorder son souhait de Geppetto seulement après Pinocchio apprend à faire la différence entre le bien et le mal.
