Cette suite au long métrage à succès Ginger Snaps relate l’histoire de Brigitte, la sœur de Ginger. Après avoir été contaminée par sa sœur, Brigitte risque à son tour de se transformer en loup-garou. Elle prend un antidote dans l’espoir d’éviter la terrible transformation, mais son entourage, convaincu que Brigitte abuse des drogues, la force à entrer dans un centre de désintoxication. Privée de l’antidote, Brigitte se change peu à peu en loup-garou, attirant l’attention de Ghost, un pensionnaire du centre, et celle d’un mystérieux loup-garou qui vient la hanter la nuit venue.
