2004

This feature length film is a frightening depiction of a city on the brink of a pandemic in 2003. That city was Toronto and the imminent crisis was the SARS virus. The film demonstrates how rapidly a virus can spread and the politics involved in health organizations around the world. The film is dedicated to the healthcare workers in Toronto, who suffered the most at the hands of the disease. In the end, over 400 were diagnosed and 44 people succombed to the virus, taking a severe toll on both the people and the city itself.
