Travis (Gordon Currie) works for the city regulating traffic lights. An otherwise normal guy with a normal life, for him love is hard to find since he is a foot and shoe fetishist. He stops women in the mall pretending to do a survey, asks questions about their preferences in footwear, even taking photographs of their feet. When he has gone far enough for them some women will storm off, others will slap his face first. Then he meets Cynthia (Wendy Anderson). She has perfect feet, the feet he has been looking for his entire life, and is, moreover, intrigued by his obsession. They begin a relationship but eventually she must decide if she can stay with a man who apparently only loves her for her feet.
