For the first time in the history of humanity, from March to October 2000, millions of women around the world take to the streets to denounce poverty and violence against women. Bold initiative from the Federation of Quebec Women, the World March of Women marked a watershed moment in the emergence of global solidarity. Inspired and driven by this movement, this documentary brings us to relive the highlights of these events and to discover new projects developed by women on five continents.
