This documentary of opinion reports on the Quebec model, bringing criticism. Comparing the model to a social democratic ideal that is unattainable but also directs all government programs. It describes social policies as favoring, in spite of themselves, the rich against the poor. It also denounces the pervasiveness of unions, with governments obsessed with the national question as a form of status quo that slows down Quebec.
