Horsie, a reformed drug addict, has to return to the dangerous world he left behind in order to help his former mentor, Spiro, get clean. Horsie's mistrust of Spiro heightens at an isolated lakeside retreat of days past when the secrets of a former friend's mysterious disappearance begin to surface. Horsie is thrust into a world of paranoia and lust as he tries to piece together tragic memories of an occurence he's not sure even occurred. His grip on reality and his fragile new way of life begin to crumble under the onslaught of a horror he never imagined.
