Frank Dorsey is a cop who has cheated death twice. His former partner was not so lucky and Dorsey is still reeling from his death. He investigates a string of mysterious murders with one common element: all six victims appear to have swallowed a single bullet. As he explores a dark Edmonton, Dorsey will confronts repression, lack of memory and the slippage of sanity.
