A 3D-animation film based in the year 3000 in the city of Scamboville. Nestled between two high-rise towers is a run-down cottage and small garden where Geppetto lives, an old artisan who is passionate about computers. With the help of his assistant cyber-penguin Spencer, Geppetto achieves his dream of giving himself a son by creating a prototype of an ultra-performing robot he names Pinocchio. However, Pinocchio will never be a real boy unless Cyberina, an eccentric fairy and queen of the blues, promises to grant Geppetto his wish only after Pinocchio learns to tell the difference between right and wrong.

The Axe is a gigantic tree that stretches beyond the clouds. In the center, an entire village is in danger because Axis is decaying. In vain, the gods are implored. Kaena, a young girl determined and rebellious, dares to challenge the traditional beliefs and begins a long journey to discover what lies behind the clouds.
